Job Description

Qualitymark Protection is looking to recruit a dynamic Accreditation Officer to join the existing team. The focus of the role is to work with new and existing clients to ensure their compliance with the accreditation standards. Training for this role is provided.

Whilst experience in a similar industry is not essential for this position, it is preferred. You must be naturally motivated with an enthusiastic get-up-and-go attitude, good at interpreting data, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail.

Main responsibilities:

· Responsible for accrediting new clients in accordance with the accreditation criteria

· Periodical reviews of clients’ accreditation compliance

· Communicate with clients over the phone and email to obtain necessary information

· Manage and organise own workload to ensure service level agreements are achieved

· Communicate with senior management about any areas for improvement

· Carry out desktop research on applicants

· Review documents submitted by applicants to ensure compliance with our rules and legislation

· Communicate with compliance and business departments during the process

· Accurately maintain relevant records producing reports when required

· Ensure information of applicants is accurately maintained within the CRM system

On Offer:

£24,000 to £25,000 per annum with a salary review at the end of probation, opportunity to raise to £27,000 per annum
