Line Manager: Monitoring Manager

Role overview:

The Administrative Support role within the Monitoring Team plays a vital part in delivering a professional and effective administrative service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and supporting the wider team with accurate, timely administrative processes. A strong emphasis is placed on getting things right first time, maintaining data accuracy, and adhering to all relevant compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, FCA regulations, CTSI requirements, and scheme-specific standards (TOBA, Codes of Practice, etc.).

  • Deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all tasks.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, members, and external stakeholders.

  • Represent the business as a knowledgeable, professional, and conscientious ambassador.

  • Support the implementation of the company’s Health and Safety Policy.

  • Manage individual workflow to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and prioritise tasks appropriately.

  • Operate within the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Accurately update and maintain CRM and other information systems, with a focus on data integrity.

  • Conduct monitoring checks and gather third-party data to support the assessment of financial risk indicators.

  • Assess credit standing and financial stability of installers through data analysis, helping to mitigate insolvency and liquidity risks.

  • Produce clear reports to support internal risk and audit processes, including identifying root causes and suggesting corrective actions.

  • Build knowledge of Insurance Backed Guarantees and relevant insurance controls, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

  • Promote a ‘right first time’ culture, support efforts to enhance data quality, and embrace feedback to improve individual and team performance.
