The Role:

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Copywriting
    – Research and write website content
    – Develop content for email campaigns
    – Develop content for case studies, reports and thought leadership articles
    – Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all written materials
  • Research and Industry Insight
    – Conduct competitor analysis, customer research and market trend monitoring
    – Creation of industry reports and data-led stories
    – Use insights to influence content direction and strategy
  • Content Strategy and SEO
    – Optimise web content for SEO and UX
    – Collaborate on content calendars and campaign planning
    Track content performance and contribute to ongoing improvements

Other Responsibilities:

  • PPC & Paid Advertising: Manage and optimise digital ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of websites, campaigns, and digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, providing data driven insights
  • Reporting and Insights: Compile performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Undertaking any other duties to meet personal, team and business objectives

 

Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrable digital marketing experience in a similar role
  • Proven expertise in copywriting and SEO
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data interpretation
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Understanding and experience of using WordPress
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proven experience of using social media channels for business
