Location: Chorley (Hybrid after competency)
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 (DOE)
Start Date: Part-time available until full-time upon graduation (Ideal for June 2025 Graduates) 

Job Description:
Qualitymark Protection is seeking a Graduate Accreditation & Monitoring Officer to join the team. This role involves ensuring new and existing clients comply with accreditation standards. Full training is provided, making it an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop a career in compliance, accreditation, and risk assessment. 

This position offers part-time work alongside studies, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon graduation. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assess and accredit new clients against company criteria. 
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews. 
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather information. 
  • Perform desktop research and review submitted documents. 
  • Identify areas for improvement and report to senior management. 
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports. 
  • Collaborate with compliance and business teams. 
  • Using financial accounts and external data sources such as Companies House to assess and monitor the solvency of clients. 

Who We’re Looking For: 

  • Graduating in June 2025 (any relevant degree considered). 
  • Available part-time until full-time upon graduation. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and judgment skills. 
  • Proactive and highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude. 
  • Organised with the ability to manage workload efficiently. 
  • Confident in working with data and compliance-related tasks.
