Job Description:
Qualitymark Protection is seeking a Graduate Accreditation & Monitoring Officer to join the team. This role involves ensuring new and existing clients comply with accreditation standards. Full training is provided, making it an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to develop a career in compliance, accreditation, and risk assessment.
This position offers part-time work alongside studies, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and accredit new clients against company criteria.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to gather information.
- Perform desktop research and review submitted documents.
- Identify areas for improvement and report to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
- Collaborate with compliance and business teams.
- Using financial accounts and external data sources such as Companies House to assess and monitor the solvency of clients.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduating in June 2025 (any relevant degree considered).
- Available part-time until full-time upon graduation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and judgment skills.
- Proactive and highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
