The Role

We are expanding our Dispute Assist service in preparation for significant growth in 2025 and looking for level-headed people to join our Dispute Resolution Team.
On joining Qure Group, you will receive training via The Qure Academy and will play a critical role in resolving disputes between consumers and companies operating in the home improvement, renewable energy, and construction sectors.
Through active listening, you will carefully consider information and evidence before processing and prioritising cases. You will be comfortable in stressful situations and relish the challenge of having open and honest conversations, no matter how difficult the situation might be. You will be a first-class problem solver and using your analytical skills, training and knowledge, you will quickly establish the issues behind each case. A consummate professional, you will facilitate clear communication between the parties, and guide them through the mediation process, offering support at every stage.

Reports To: Dispute Services Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Evidence Gathering & Case Preparation
- Request, collect, and review documentation and evidence from parties engaged in mediation to develop a well-rounded understanding of each case.
- Evaluate each party’s dispute details to ensure clarity on the issues raised and their desired outcomes.
- Client Interaction & Mediation Support
- Engage with clients directly, primarily by phone and Zoom, providing clear guidance on the mediation process and ensuring their understanding of the next steps.
- Actively support early-stage resolution, helping both consumers and tradespersons reach agreements with minimal escalation.
- Caseload Management & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate, detailed records within the case management system, ensuring all relevant information is updated in real time.
- Manage a personal caseload, ensuring cases progress efficiently, and resolutions are achieved in a timely manner.
