Reporting to: Monitoring Manager

Role Summary

This role supports the day-to-day monitoring and compliance function by delivering accurate and efficient administration, excellent customer service, and maintaining high data standards. The successful candidate will work to ensure processes are followed correctly and in line with regulatory expectations, helping to protect the integrity of Qualitymark’s policies and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative duties accurately and in a timely manner, supporting the smooth running of the Monitoring Team.

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems, ensuring data is up to date and complete.

  • Perform monitoring checks, including gathering third-party data to identify financial risk or potential solvency issues among members and installers.

  • Assess financial data to evaluate the credit status and stability of installers, helping to reduce potential risk to consumers and the business.

  • Prepare clear and concise reports highlighting monitoring outcomes, areas of concern, and potential improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations, including those from the FCA and CTSI.

  • Support the ongoing development and effectiveness of Qualitymark’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

  • Contribute to the company’s ‘right first time’ culture by maintaining high levels of accuracy and actively engaging with feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Act as a positive and professional point of contact for internal colleagues, members, and external partners.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in supporting other tasks as needed within the wider team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in an administrative or compliance-based role (financial or insurance sector experience is desirable but not essential)

  • Be highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload

  • Have excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling data

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

  • Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Be confident using systems such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools

  • Be willing to learn and develop within a growing business
