About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Progress Chaser to join our dynamic used car dealership team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in the motor trade. You’ll support the sales and preparation process from start to finish, ensuring used vehicles are ready for sale, maintaining showroom standards, and assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations.
This position offers excellent growth opportunities, with a clear pathway into a full Sales Executive role supported by ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Preparation & Management
- Check in used vehicles on arrival, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Prepare vehicles for forecourt display and customer handovers (excluding cleaning/valeting).
- Monitor vehicle readiness and keep the team updated on progress.
Administration & Systems
- Update internal systems with vehicle details, preparation status, and history.
- Chase missing information from suppliers, auction houses, or internal teams.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the sales and management team.
Coordination & Marketing Support
- Photograph used vehicles for online listings to ensure accurate, appealing adverts.
- Arrange transport or movement of vehicles between sites when required.
- Upload, update, and maintain online car listings across multiple platforms.
Showroom & Forecourt Standards
- Maintain a high standard of presentation across the showroom, forecourt, and customer areas.
- Support ad-hoc operational duties as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
