Due to the growth the business is experiencing we are recruiting for an exceptional Quality Assurance Administrator.
As a Quality Assurance Administrator you’ll need to:
- Review data to identify and resolve risks to the organisation’s quality standards
- Efficiently and effectively manage the Quality Management System and associated software
- Document management across the business using the company’s governance system
- Plan for key quality events including external audits, internal audits and quarterly Quality Management Reviews
- Support the department with the daily management of the department inbox and updating records
- Assist with the coordination of the monthly Quality Assurance checks
- Work within the department to assist the Training and Quality Manager and Quality Assurance Officer as requested.
You Must:
- Be able to commute to Buckshaw Village in Lancashire
- Have clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Be honest, loyal, committed, hardworking and a positive attitude towards their work
- Be flexible to business needs
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able to work to tight deadlines to ensure the effective delivery of service
- Have a good working knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Have GCSEs in English and Maths to grade C, or equivalent, or above.
