Our Recruitment Process

Only following the successful completion of the first 5 steps of our rigorous 6-stage process will a candidate pack be submitted to you for interview.

Briefing & Selection

We will learn the key aspects of your business, your values and goals and will listen to your requirements carefully. We will ensure your job descriptions are well defined and only when we are certain we understand exactly what you are looking for will we advertise your vacancy on some of the UK's biggest platforms and shortlist candidates against your criteria.

Telephone Interview

Following the selection of suitable applicants, all viable candidates will receive a telephone interview with one of our Recruitment Experts.

Candidate Thoughts

Those who have been successful at telephone interview will be asked to conduct some short research on your company and to share their thoughts and findings with us.

Teams/Face-to-Face Meeting

Successful candidates will be invited to a further online or face to face meeting with one of our Recruitment Experts, to discuss the job description and candidate experience in more detail.

Profiling & Analysis

Those who are successful at this stage will then be invited to complete our unique occupational psychometric assessments to offer insight into character and personality traits, strengths and weaknesses, so we can ensure a great fit for your business.

Only following the successful completion of the above steps will a candidate pack be submitted to you for interview.

Interview

We will present you with with the Candidate Pack of 1 - 2 amazing candidates that have been top-scorers throughout this process. Giving you the confidence that your Interview will be with exceptional talent, tailored holistically to fit your individual Business needs.
